Use of the service

You may use DSGN.HOUSE for personal and commercial colour and paint planning. Reselling our generator output as a standalone product, or scraping the catalogue for redistribution, is not allowed.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from your settings.

Paid plans

Studio bills at $20/month (or $180/year) via Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. You can cancel any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All material on DSGN.HOUSE — including the design, layout, user interface, source code, text, tools, the generator and colour-matching algorithms, the curated colour and palette data, graphics and animations — is owned by DSGN.HOUSE and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. The DSGN.HOUSE name and logo are our marks. Paint names and codes from Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, Behr, Dulux and the other brands we reference are trademarks of their respective owners, shown for compatibility only — no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Restrictions

Unless you have our prior written permission, you may not:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or publicly display any part of the site's design, code, content or data;
  • scrape, harvest, crawl or bulk-download the colour catalogue, palettes or any data, by automated or manual means;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms or datasets behind our tools;
  • build a derivative, clone or competing product based on our design, code, tools or data;
  • remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice.

All rights are reserved. Unauthorized use is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate suspension of access and legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

No warranty

Colour rendering varies across screens, lighting and paint batches. Always order paint sample swatches before committing. The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of colour accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

Changes

We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be announced on this page and emailed to active subscribers at least 14 days in advance.
